03How are practice answers checked?+
Every answer is tied to a cited technical rule with the source title, edition, and section shown. Section-title indexes are reserved for lookup practice and are not used as technical timed-set questions.
04Does AEGIS use actual ICC exam questions?+
No. AEGIS uses original preparation material, official public exam outlines, and authorized source metadata. It does not use recalled or copied exam items.
05Which standards control the ICC electrical inspector pathway?+
The current national matrix lists E1 on the 2024 cycle and E2/E3 on the 2023 cycle. E1 requires the 2024 IRC plus 2023 NEC; E2 and E3 use the 2023 NEC. The newer 2026 NEC is not substituted for those exam references.
06Are the NFPA references connected?+
Yes. The current exam-cycle NFPA indexes used by these exams are connected. AEGIS keeps chapter and section routes plus original study guidance, not copied standard text.
07Is my account private?+
Yes. Study progress is saved to the signed-in account and on the device where available. Premium question banks are checked on the server before they are delivered.
