Using AEGIS means accepting these terms.

These Terms of Use apply to AEGIS Exam Readiness websites, accounts, study tools, support features, and paid access. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase access, or use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use AEGIS for an employer, school, or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Your access is personal and non-transferable.

AEGIS grants the authorized account holder a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its original study material during the applicable access term. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Do not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, resell, share credentials, automate access, bypass controls, reverse engineer protected delivery, or present AEGIS material as official provider content. Reasonable personal notes and ordinary study use are permitted.

Prices, terms, and renewals are shown before payment.

Exam Pass is a one-time purchase that provides 180 days of access for one selected exam and does not renew. Complete Monthly and Complete Annual renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the already-paid term unless Stripe states otherwise during a required payment correction.

Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. You authorize the displayed charge and any stated recurring renewal when you complete checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Team terms, seat minimums, invoicing, and deployment support may be governed by an additional written order.

The AEGIS refund policy is incorporated into these terms and is available at /refunds.

Preparation is not a pass, eligibility, or employment guarantee.

AEGIS provides independent educational content. It does not sell actual exam items, reproduce protected standards, replace approved references, or establish exam eligibility. AEGIS does not guarantee admission, licensure, employment, or a passing result.

Exam rules, cycles, references, fees, and provider policies can change. Confirm final requirements with the official certification provider before purchasing books, scheduling, or sitting for an exam. Citations are navigation aids; the complete controlling language and exceptions remain in the approved source.

AEGIS questions are original; third-party marks remain theirs.

AEGIS owns its original questions, explanations, interface, study sequences, graphics, and brand assets. Book titles, code identifiers, certification names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to them identifies the subject of study and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Do not submit recalled exam questions, confidential exam content, subscription book text, or other material you lack the right to provide. AEGIS may remove material or restrict an account when needed to protect intellectual property, service security, or other users.

We work to keep access accurate and available.

AEGIS may correct errors, update content, change features, retire outdated exam cycles, or perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but verified access failures and duplicate charges are corrected under the published refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEGIS is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Abuse can end access; material changes will be published.

AEGIS may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, automated extraction, infringement, attacks on the service, or other material violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct ordinary account problems.

Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply. Questions or formal notices can be submitted through the Support section of AEGIS.
